A contribution payment two months before and one month after childbirth

If requested, The Family Law Administration may determine a contribution payment in connection with childbirth.

The contribution to birth expenses is a payment providing for the mother two months before and one month after the birth of the child. It is possible to apply for this maintenance payment along with the declaration of paternity. The application forms are available upon request.
