Educational support
If a parent is supporting a child enrolled in education, the Family Law Administration may, in some cases, determine that child support will continue after the child turns 18.
The educational support can, at most, remain in effect until the child turns 24, and ceases if the child is no longer enrolled in education. The support is only determined if the parent liable to pay has a reasonably high income.
The standard amount of educational support is the same as the amount for regular child support.
See guidelines for the calculation of educational support and payment amounts here.
